A robust combined chisel plough designed for processing large quantities of crop residue up to a depth of 45 centimetres.
The efficient combination of the disc and chisel sections allows to combine two operations in one pass. The high machine clearance, and the spacing of the individual discs and chisels are modified for incorporation of large quantities of organic matter in the form of catch crop, crop residue, or manure.
The TERRALAND DO combined chisel plough is especially designed for processing large quantities of crop residue, for example, after grain maize. It is equipped with two rows of large serrated discs with a diameter of 690 × 6 mm and independent mounting, and NON-STOP protection with a pressure of 270 kg, with outstanding cutting and incorporation of crop residue in soil up to a depth of 18 centimetres. The spacing of the individual discs in the row is 32.5 cm, ensuring trouble-free work with high throughput.
The TERRALAND DO combined chisel plough with Active-Mix tines and spiked rollers is suitable for deep loosening. The special shape of the tines provides easy soil penetration, and excellent loosening and mixing effect. In one pass, the soil profile is loosened in depth and the soil surface is intensely mixed and levelled.
The TERRALAND DO frame can be equipped with special Zero-Mix tines, with a negative angle, and the heavy steel Cutpack for subsoil tillage without active mixing of soil. This operation is suitable for removing hardened soil layers, aerating the soil profile, and creating a proper soil environment.
Rear packers might get clogged when cultivating heavy sales in the late season or working in extreme conditions. The integrated axle and the placement of the tines after the axle makes it possible to use the TERRALAND DO combined chisel plough in wet conditions as well. Moreover, the axle reduces the turning radius at headland and allows for an easy approach to the next take.
Active-Mix tines can be equipped with chisels with a width of 80 mm for intense loosening, or with a width of 40 mm for demanding conditions and deep work. The tine wings undercut the disrupted bottom layer to eliminate clod formation. The deeper you work, the narrower chisel should be used. Chisels and wings are also available in the LONG LIFE version.
The machine working depth can be comfortably set from the tractor cabin using hydraulic rollers that control the rear packers. The disc working depth can also be set using hydraulics. The depth of the disc and the chisel section is set independently.
The FERTI-BOX FB_F front mounted hopper is primarily designed for supply fertilization directly in the soil profile and has a capacity of 1,900-2,200 litres. Fertilizer is pneumatically distributed from the front hopper to the distribution head mounted on the combined cultivator.
The FERTI-CART FC trailed storage tank has a capacity of 3,500 litres. The orifice of the plastic hopper has a large inclination that allows to apply lower-quality fertilizers.
The COMBO SYSTEM CS trailed double-chamber storage tank has a capacity of 5,000 litres per each hopper. The double-chamber hopper design enables applying two types of fertilizer in one pass, or use both chambers for one fertilizer.

The tip and the entire abrasion area of the chisel are covered with plates made of sintered carbides. The LONG LIFE model offers up to ten times longer service time when compared with the standard model, ensures a consistent working depth and quality of work, improves recessing, and provides lower costs and time saved by replacing working parts.
The integrated axle is mounted between the rows of tines. This structural design lets you work with the TERRALAND DO combined chisel plough in extreme conditions because the rear packer can be easily disconnected. Moreover, the axle enables continuous turning and starting following turn at headland.
The individual discs are spring-loaded using a simple maintenance-free horizontal NON-STOP spring protection with a tension force of 270 kg. This design offers a long service life, easy swinging of the discs upwards in the case of a collision with an obstruction, and above all, maintaining the set working depth up to 18 centimetres.

The TERRALAND DO combined chisel plough is equipped with serrated discs with a large diameter of 690 × 6 mm. The disc diameter allows the machine to work at a depth of 18 centimetres and provides perfect crop residue cutting and incorporating into top soil layers.
The negative angle provides subsoil tillage without active mixing at a depth of up to 45 centimetres. The negative angle does not mix soil, disturbs the hardened layers intensely and aerates the soil profile.
Designed for intense deep loosening up to 45 centimetres. The working angle of the Active-Mix tines allows to disrupt, intensely loosen soil and mix it with crop residue.

DEEP SOIL CULTIVATION
Deep soil cultivation has its proven advantages, and it can completely replace standard tillage when carried out at the right time and in the right way. Deep cultivation enables root systems to develop, disrupts compacted layers and the plough basin, and creates optimal soil environment for proper functional water and air conditions of soil. BEDNAR machines can carry out deep loosening up to the maximum depth of 65 centimetres. It is recommended to add profile fertilization in one pass, to provide soil with essential nutrients.
